Multiple chip vacuum chuck

Single chip processing is a time consuming process and is often accompanied by high chip losses. We have developed a multiple chip holder allowing to clamp up to 7×7 chips of various sizes. The system is equipped with a vacuum system. The multi-chip holder is suitable for various wet etching and chip cleaning processes.
